Return Policy

Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning merchandise to Naxos of America. Failure to obtain an RA will result in the return being refused. To obtain an RA, email customer service at customerservice@naxosdirect.com, or call us toll free at 866-489-4152.

Customers are welcome to return unopened merchandise for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. In such circumstances, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the return is received at our facility, your account will be refunded the item price less applicable shipping and handling costs.

Naxos Direct reserves the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee to merchandise returned in a condition unfit for resale.

Customers who receive damaged, defective, or otherwise improper items should contact us at customerservice@naxosdirect.com, or call us toll free at 866-489-4152 within 7 days of receipt of the item. In some cases, we may not require the return of damaged or defective merchandise. If a return of damaged or defective merchandise is necessary, it is the policy of Naxos of America to provide a pre-paid mailing label, or reimburse your account the cost of return postage.
